SHOW NOTES

Emotions are energy in motion, e-motion. They are designed to move through your body, not get shoved into storage like clutter in a garage. But when we suppress or avoid them, they don’t disappear. They linger. They weigh us down. And worst of all, they silently drain our energy.

Here’s how stuck emotions show up:

  • Anger pushed down → simmering tension, tight jaw, headaches, burnout

  • Grief avoided → heaviness, fatigue, low immunity

  • Fear unacknowledged → wired nervous system, sleep issues, anxiety

  • Shame buried → low self-worth, isolation, people-pleasing

  • Guilt ignored → internal conflict, low-grade depression, stuckness

When we don’t feel it, we don’t free it. Instead, our nervous system works overtime to hold everything down, which leaves us exhausted.

How to Free That Energy

Processing emotions is not wallowing. It is letting the energy move through and out. Here’s how to do it:

1. Name It to Claim It – Say or write: “I feel angry/sad/overwhelmed.”

2. Breathe It Through – Two minutes. Eyes closed. Breathe into the sensation. No story, just feeling.

3. Move It Out – Walk, shake, cry, dance, scream into a pillow. Movement releases the charge.

4. Stop Judging the Feeling – Anger, sadness, fear are not “bad.” They are messengers.

5. Create Space to Feel – Journal, meditate, walk solo. Give emotions airtime before they hijack your energy.

Aromatherapy Support

  • Serenity Blend – Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender and Ylang Ylang to create a calming sanctuary.

  • Move Your But Blend – Grapefruit, Lemon and Fennel to boost optimism and help you take action.

  • Get On With It Blend – Indian Lime, Vanilla and Ginger to shake off hesitation and embrace fun.

  • F*CK the Stress Blend – A bold mix to banish self-doubt and declare “I Am Un-Messable.”

Final Truth-Bomb

Suppressing emotions doesn’t make you stronger. It makes you leak energy. If you’re running on empty, don’t just look at food, supplements or rest. Look within. When you feel it, you free it. And that is when your true energy returns.
