Democratic Leadership: Fostering Participation

Democratic leaders who encourage team involvement in decision-making often boost morale and job satisfaction. This inclusive approach can enhance employees’ sense of belonging and value, leading to improved mental wellbeing. However, excessive reliance on consensus may delay decision-making and create frustration among employees who prefer clear, quick directives.

Coaching Leadership: Developing Potential

This style is beneficial for employee wellbeing as it shows a commitment to individual development and conveys a sense of care and support.
