New Moon (The Dark Sliver of the Moon) – First day of bleed
During the New Moon, the body works on cleansing itself. Detoxifying body systems get to replenish and renew. This is the start of the fasting cycle
First quarter (Looks like half a moon) Wanning moon
The Waning Moon, is the best weight loss time. Your body is naturally working to move excessive substances we have been accumulating the previous nearly two weeks
Full Moon (Big and Bright and full) – Ovulation
The Full Moon is the elimination phase and the key to losing weight is detoxing; the elimination period lasts for 3 days.
Third Quarter Waxing phase STOP FASTING
Moving to the third quarter waxing phase, is the is the assimilation phase you can eat regularly. This is not the time to fast. Eat close to nature and nourish your body.
