How to Problem Solve
1. Brainstorming: Brainstorming is the core of creative problem-solving. It refers to the process of spontaneously generating many diverse ideas and different possible solutions to a problem. Mind map ask for help etc
2. Reversal Thinking: Reversal thinking is the process of asking yourself and others questions such as: “How could I achieve the opposite of what I’m trying to do?” By taking a fresh perspective, it can give you new insights into possible solutions.
3. Mind Mapping: Mind mapping is a technique that uses diagrams to visually organize information and ideas. You begin with a central idea and grow outward by branching off into subtopics, keywords, and concepts related to the problem.
4. Imagination: Imagination is a powerful creative problem-solving tool that allows us to combine existing ideas in new ways and envision entirely new creative solutions.
5. Move your body to move your mind.
Overall, problem-solving is a fundamental life skill that empowers us to overcome challenges, make informed decisions, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and drive innovation.
