In her 20’s Jen burnt out, and with the help of a naturopath, was able to get on track and create new possibilities. Jen then went on to study naturopathy herself, and one of the most common questions she receives is, ‘what can I do to help my nervous system?’. In this episode, Jen shares how you can balance your nervous system.

I just discovered your podcast and I am listening to all of them one at a time. Thank you for making them and for being so wise. I just bought your essential oils for sleep. Meanwhile, can you consider addressing mercury poisoning and heavy metal poisoning? I just came through a long horrific journey like your walk on that trail.. one step at a time. Turns out the way to take mercury out of the body involves cilantro and chlorella.. or if you are a carrier for the hereditary iron hemochromatosis mutation.. just a carrier.. but on the heels of mercury poisoning and adrenal burnout etc etc..I should have used something other than chlorella. Now I have to let my body recover so I can eat spinach and iron rich foods again without plebotomy every 3 months.
So right now, minimize mercury and minimize iron… now what? Maybe that’s too specific .. oh the one mercury expert is Dr. K;linghardt in Germany. He is the only one who does this right. And heavy metal poisoning is so important to discover with a hair test asap. If you catch it before it literally tears you apart and fells you requiring years of recovery.. it is easy to reduce those levels. Anyway.. thank you for what you are doing! So grateful!
Hi, thanks for your message and sorry that your body has been through that. Mercury is huge challenge and im a big fan of selenium as part of any protocol for moving heavy metals. Love hair tissue analysis as a way of testing. My suggestion would be to see a naturopath in clinic to get specific protocol for you. Jen
