SHOWNOTES
When we are born, we are blessed with a certain amount of chi and we spend it every day. We are meant to replenish it during our sleep time. Particularly 2-4am. The challenge is that we spend my chi (adrenal energy) than we replenish. The end result is being core tiered and the focus needs to move from exercise to replenishing mindful movement.
Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Walking, Yoga, and Pilates are all very useful at replenishing tired adrenals.
