  • Yoga legs up the wall – Viparita Karani Pose – Your pelvic area will be the focus of blood circulation when you’re in this pose. Lie on your back on the floor and raise your legs straight up in the air and perpendicular to your body. Try to use a wall as support for your legs and to keep them straight
