7 Hacks to help you cope with stress
- Breathe – I use the Box Breathing technique (outlined below)
- Unplug from the media
- Self soothe
- Live from a place of prevention through eating plans. Eating more food close to nature and avoid stimulants.
- Make sleep a top priority, use adaptogens, essential oils to help you rest
- Support networks – don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help
- Just keep swimming (As Dory from Nemo says)
