SHOWNOTES

The 3 F’s and the 4 F’s

Life comes down to the 3 F’s

Fluidity – Life is a moving thing – Bend it while it’s a twig – before something breaks – course correct sooner than later

Fun – Your health depends on it. The core of our being is our adrenal glands and they are recharged with Good food, good rest, good play episode

Fascinated – not frustrated when life throws you curve balls

The 3 F’s help you to recognise maybe its time to make a course correction in life.

How do you do it

  • Keep it real
  • People appreciate and respect the truth today more than ever
  • Speak from your heart you will speak your truth
  • Be vulnerable – Brene Brown
  • Courage before confidence
  • Day at a time keep moving forward

How do you know when to course correct?

Intuition will show up what’s there to be dealt with

Our Actions and emotions equal results.

If we want different results we need to tweak either the action or emotion involved.

Use the 4 R’s

Reset – Stop and breathe when fascinated so you can reset and ground out

Readjust– usually tweaking less than 10% brings the change you need

Restart – breathe then courage before confidence to restart – stand tall and use posture to reinforce the courage

Refocus – breath and keep moving forward into what is working not what is not working and give it time for the tweaks to bed in.

Healthy Life Hacks

The Healthy Life Hack I want to share with you today is:

  1. Take stock of where you are now. Use the 3 F’s to assess where you are at and use the 4R’s to course correct if needed
