The secret to making anything work is to want to make it work! Then be so positive about it that nothing else is possible. You are either fully in and committed or you are out. There energetically is no half in. 

Where in life are you not fully in?

Is it your health, exercise, finances, relationships, work, or creating time for you? 

The easiest way to recognise it is where are you at right you’re your thoughts, feelings, and actions equal your results. If your results in an area are not rocking the way you want them to be…that’s the first place to start

What are the steps to making anything work?

  1. Be passionate – I’m not about to become a cyclist as I’m no passionate about it, I am however, passionate about surfing
  2. Know why you want the result – this gets you through the frustrating times
  3. Work hard – It takes 10,000 hours to be an expert
  4. Focus – Focus stands for follow one course until successful 
  5. Push the limits – I surf with people who are better surfers than me because they stretch me
  6. Be persistent – Never give up never surrender

Healthy Life Hacks

So, the healthy life hacks I want to leave you with today are: 

  1. What is it going to be? What are you committed to making work?
  2. What’s your steps? Write them down, out of your head so you don’t go into overwhelm.
  3. Take the consistent action and make it fun.
