SHOWNOTES
Do you worry about things? You live in the future.
Do you tend to guilt yourself? You live in the past.
If you do either or both on a regular basis then this episode is for you. Today’s episode is about being present, living in the moment.
Being present means that you are not worrying about the past or future. You are focused on what you are doing without thinking about anything else. That’s when life is more real.
When I was younger, I watched my mum knit, and the world around her seemed to disappear – this is the way to live. Where you don’t buy into fear and uncertainty or live your life out of your future or past.
Ways to stay present
- Use aromatherapy to support you
- Jasmine is a great essential oil to help with this. I use this in my Seduce blend (Jasmine, Cedarwood, Mandarin, Patchouli and Ylang Ylang) for this very reason.
- You may also want to check out my Sanity Saver Blend, which contains Vetiver, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Australian Sandalwood
- Focus on gratitude
- Meditate or focus on a word. Inhale relax out peace
- Notice when you are off track and bring yourself back on track
- Don’t guilt yourself
- No story no problem
