President Eisenhower’s Urgent/Important Principle identifies which tasks and activities you should focus on and which you should delegate or ignore.
Urgent means that a task requires immediate attention. These are the to-do’s that shout “Now!”
the world will end if I do not do this now.

Important tasks are things that contribute to our long-term mission, values, and goals.
Goal is to manage stress not feed it.
